Description
The legend is an automated robot who's task is to navigate its way through a labyrinth in the quickest possible time without touching anything or the consequences maybe severe.This challenge has been bestowed on this little robot. Will it survive race day?
Components
Drivetrain and wheels- Tamiya Double gearbox
Base plate- 4mm Perspex sheet cut to a shape using a CNC tooling machine
Castor wheel- 2 dollar shop castor wheel
Power supply- 2 off Battery pack
Sensors- 3 off ultrasonic sensors
Intelligence- Picaxe 28X1 microchip complete with darlington & motor IC
Wires- Used to transport signals throughout the robot
Clips- Used on ends of wires to make connection and dis-connection easier.
